At Global AJ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and have original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags remain attached and the packing slip is included inside.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
